1 lemon
1 tsp parsley (opt.)
1 tsp salmon rub
Salt & pepper (to taste)

1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt & pepper (to taste)

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1
Preheat oven to 400°F.

STEP 2
In a small bowl, melt the unsalted butter. Remove from microwave and mix in the minced garlic, ginger, and honey. Squeeze in 2 tbsp lemon juice from the fresh lemon. Set aside butter mixture.

STEP 3
Place salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet. Season with salmon rub, salt and pepper, to taste.

STEP 4
Pour the butter mixture over the salmon fillets.

STEP 5
Transfer to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until salmon is almost cooked through.

Remove from oven and squeeze remaining lemon juice over the salmon. Garnish with lemon slices and parsley, and serve with tartar sauce and your favorite side dish.
