Flaky puff pastry bites filled with oven-baked brie, tart cranberries, and a delightful crunch of nuts.

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1
Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat a mini muffin pan generously with cooking spray or butter.
STEP 2
Roll out crescent or puff pastry dough on a flat surface and sprinkle with flour. Cut into 24 even squares and press each square into the non-stick mini muffin pan to create dough cups.
STEP 3
Dice brie into small squares (about 1/2-inch thick). Place one square of brie in each dough cup.
STEP 4
Spoon 1 tsp of cranberry sauce into each dough cup on top of the brie. Sprinkle with sea salt.
STEP 5
Bake the dough cups until golden - about 15-20 minutes.
STEP 6
Remove dough cups from oven and top each pastry with a small spoonful of chopped pecans.
STEP 7
Garnish each puff pastry bite with a small sprig of rosemary and serve as an appetizer or side dish at your next holiday party.
