INGREDIENTS

1 lbs chicken wings (flats & drums)
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Cooking spray (opt.)

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1
Preheat the air fryer to 400˚F.

STEP 2
Place the chicken wings in a large bowl. Add in the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the wings are fully coated in the seasoning.

STEP 3
Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Lay the chicken in the basket, spacing out the wings. Spray additional cooking spray over the wings to give them an extra crisp.

STEP 4
Air fry the wings for 15 minutes, flipping them halfway, until the skin is golden brown.

STEP 5
Transfer the wings to a plate and garnish with fresh parsley. Add the optional buffalo or barbecue sauce to the wings, as preferred. Serve as an appetizer alongside carrots, celery, and your favorite dipping sauce.
