Italian Pasta Salad

Zesty Italian pasta salad - a vibrant medley of pasta, colorful bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, salami, and fresh mozzarella - all tossed in an Italian herb dressing.
DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
In a small pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt and pasta to the pot. Cook according to the package's instructions. Drain pasta once al dente, return to pot, and set aside to cool.
STEP 2
Prepare the vegetables as indicated in the ingredient list (i.e. diced, cubed). Add to a large bowl.
STEP 3
Once cooled, add the pasta to the bowl of vegetables. Mix in the Italian dressing, season with salt and pepper, and toss to combine. Serve alongside a juicy burger or your favorite summer barbeque dish.
