A delightful treat that combines the rich flavors of decadent chocolate, caramel, and tart apples. This fall-inspired bark is perfect for any holiday gathering or as a sweet addition to your seasonal celebrations!

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1
Dice the apples into small cubes. Squeeze the lime juice over the diced apples to prevent them from browning and set aside for Step 6.
STEP 2
Combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a small microwave-safe dish. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.

STEP 3
Place a sheet of parchment paper on a large baking sheet. Pour the melted chocolate onto the pan and spread the mixture evenly on the sheet, setting aside 1 tbsp of the melted chocolate for Step 6.

STEP 4
Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 10 minutes, or until the chocolate is almost set and semi-firm.

STEP 5
Remove baking sheet from the freezer. Pour the caramel sauce on top of the chocolate, creating a new layer.

STEP 6
Sprinkle the chopped apples and pretzels on top of the caramel and chocolate. Drizzle the remaining melted chocolate over the dish.

STEP 7
Place the baking sheet back in the freezer for 30-45 minutes, or until the chocolate and caramel are firm and set. Remove the bark from the freezer and break into bite-sized pieces. Enjoy at your next fall gathering or as a treat after a long day of apple picking!

*Note: Store the leftover bark in the fridge for the best taste the next day*
