Peach & Mozzarella Prosciutto Cups

Crispy prosciutto cups filled with juicy peach, creamy mozzarella pearls, and fresh basil, all drizzled with balsamic glaze for a perfect balance of flavors. This elegant appetizer is ideal for summer barbecues or holiday gatherings, offering a sophisticated touch to your menu.

INGREDIENTS

12 slices of prosciutto
1 peach
1 cup mozzarella pearls
2 tbsp balsamic glaze
1 bunch fresh basil
Cooking spray (as needed)

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1
Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat a mini muffin pan with cooking spray.

STEP 2
Gently fold the slices of prosciutto in half and nestle them into each cup of the muffin pan.

STEP 3
Bake prosciutto in the oven for 10 minutes, or until crispy. Remove from oven and set aside for Step 5.

STEP 4
Dice peaches into small cubes (about 1/4-inch thick). 

STEP 5
Fill each prosciutto cup with 4 peach cubes, 2 mozzarella pearls, and one small basil leaf. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the cups and serve immediately as an appetizer or side dish at your next summer barbeque.
