Parmesan Crusted Potatoes

Golden potatoes coated with a savory parmesan and herb mixture and baked to a crispy perfection. Each bite offers a delightful contrast of a crunchy exterior and a tender, fluffy interior.

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1
Preheat oven to 400°F. 

STEP 2
Cut the potatoes into quarters. Toss them in 1 tbsp of olive oil and set them aside for Step 4.

STEP 3
In a small bowl, mix together the following ingredients: 2 tbsp olive oil, parmesan, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, & pepper. Pour the mixture into the bottom of a baking pan and spread it evenly to cover the entire surface.

STEP 4
Place the potatoes with the cut side facing down into the baking pan, pressing them gently into the parmesan mixture. Sprinkle the tops of the potatoes with additional salt and pepper.

STEP 5
Bake the potatoes in the oven for 45 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy on the edges.

STEP 6
Remove the potatoes from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes. Use a spatula to remove them from the pan. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve as a side dish alongside a juicy steak and roasted asparagus for a mouthwatering meal.

1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
