Creamy Buffalo Chicken Dip

A fusion of spicy cayenne pepper hot sauce, shredded chicken, velvety melted cheeses, and the creamy embrace of ranch, all baked to golden perfection. Elevate your palate as these ingredients converge, creating a symphony of flavors that redefine indulgence.

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. 

STEP 2
Add the cream cheese, hot sauce, and ranch to a large pot and cook on Medium heat until the cream cheese melts to combine with the other ingredients.

STEP 3
Add the shredded chicken, scallions, garlic powder, and onion powder to the hot sauce mixture and stir to combine. Fold in 1 cup of each type of shredded cheese (i.e. 1 cup cheddar and 1 cup gouda), reserving the remaining cheese for Step 4. Remove from heat.

STEP 4
Pour the mixture into a non-stick baking pan and sprinkle with the remaining 2 cups of shredded cheese. 

STEP 5
Bake the dip for ~25 minutes, or until it starts to bubble. For a golden finish, broil for an additional 3 minutes.

STEP 6
Remove buffalo chicken dip from the oven and serve with carrots, celery, or tortilla chips.
