INGREDIENTS

1 lbs ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp milk
1 egg
1.5 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup white or yellow onion (diced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1-3 tsp olive oil

SEASONINGS
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

OTHER
4 hamburger buns (toasted)
4 slices cheese

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1
Add the diced onion and 1 tsp olive oil to a large pan. Sauté the onions until translucent and fragrant. Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

STEP 2
In a large bowl, combine the following ingredients: ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, and seasonings (garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, & salt/pepper). Add the onion and garlic to the mixture once cooled down. Mix the ingredients together - adding more milk as needed.

STEP 3
Form the meat into 4 even hamburger patties.

STEP 4 - Grill Option
Grill the hamburger patties for 3-5 minutes per side, or to your desired doneness. Add cheese halfway through, if desired.

STEP 4 - Stovetop Option
Heat the remaining 2 tsp olive oil in a preheated skilled or pan. Cook on Medium heat until browned - about 3-5 minutes per side. Add cheese halfway through, if desired.

STEP 5
Remove the patties from the heat and let them rest for 5 minutes. Serve on hamburger buns with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and sauce - paired with batter-fried onion rings or your favorite side dish.
