INGREDIENTS
1-1.5 lbs salmon fillets
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium)
1 tbsp sriracha sauce
1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1/2 tsp rice vinegar
1 clove garlic (minced)
1/2 tsp ginger (minced)
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp seafood seasoning
Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Salt & pepper (to taste)
DIRECTIONS
STEP 1 - MARINADE
Whisk together the mayonnaise, soy sauce, sriracha, sweet chili sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger in a deep dish.
STEP 2 - MARINADE
Cut the salmon into smaller fillets. Season each piece with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and seafood seasoning.
STEP 3 - MARINADE
Place the salmon in the dish with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 1-4 hours.
STEP 4
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
STEP 5
Remove the salmon from the marinade, allowing any excess sauce to drip off. Drizzle a light layer of olive oil over the salmon fillets to help with crisping.
STEP 6
Place the fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and top begins to crisp.
STEP 7
Remove salmon from the air fryer and garnish with toasted sesame seeds and freshly chopped parsley or cilantro. Serve over rice, steamed veggies, or a crunchy slaw for a complete meal.
